The contact form records the name, email address, subject and message entered. Nothing else is required beyond a way to reply.
Purpose of collection
Contact details are used solely to respond, continue the conversation, and keep a record of enquiries. Information is never sold, and submitting the form does not add anyone to a marketing list.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in a hosted database accessible only to Gramico Media through an authenticated admin area. A notification email highlights new enquiries promptly.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics helps show which pages people read and how they arrive. This records page views and a small number of interaction events, such as clicking a social link or submitting the contact form. Advertising cookies and cross-site tracking pixels are not used, and analytics data is not linked to details sent through the contact form.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they remain useful for the conversation and record-keeping. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
Your requests
A copy of stored information can be requested, along with corrections or deletion. Email requests are handled directly — no forms and no ticket queue.
