How we handle your information

This page is maintained by Gramico Media to answer common privacy questions about this website. It describes our current practices, not an independent audit or certification.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type in. We don't ask for anything else, and there is nothing you have to tell us beyond a way to reply.

Why we collect it

Solely to read your message and reply to it. We use it to respond, to continue that conversation, and to keep a record of enquiries. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in our own hosted database, accessible only to Gramico Media through an authenticated admin area. A notification email is also sent to us so we see new enquiries quickly.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. This records page views and a small number of interaction events (for example, clicking a social link or submitting the contact form). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels, and analytics data is not linked to the details you send through the contact form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they're still useful for the conversation and our records. If you'd rather we removed yours sooner, ask and we will.

Your requests

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll deal with it directly — no forms, no ticket queue.
